A Grayton Beach Family Session

Megan and Kris travel to the 30a area yearly from Chicago and this is my second year in a row getting to photograph their beautiful family! Last year, little Taylor was in her mama’s belly and Adley wanted nothing more to be in her parents arms. This year, both girls were so active and joyful and we had to best time playing in the sand and waves together!

For the second year in a row, we’ve met at Grayton Beach State Park for their family session! It’s one of my personal favorite locations for photo sessions anywhere along 30a due to the incredible dune trails we have access to as a background as well as the shore front. There’s plenty of parking (rare for this area!) and no buildings in your photos. We started along the trails while the sky was bright and ended at the water to capture the most beautiful pink sunset that matched their outfits perfectly!! What a dream!
